To gain access to the Graphical Certification Badge page, please enter the page password* provided by the ABVLM HQ Staff and press Log In:
If you do not have the password issued by the ABVLM Staff, you may request it in one of the following two ways:
- CLICK HERE to email the ABVLM to request the password and in the body of the email please include the certified Physician's First & Last Name.
- Call the ABVLM HQ Office during regular business hours (Pacific Time Zone), at (415) 561-6276 or tollfree (877) 699-4114 and speak to a staff member or leave a detailed message including the certified Physician's First & Last Name.
NOTE: Passwords will be emailed only to the Diplomate email address on file.
